Shipping & Returns
Offend Swimwear offer Royal Mail 1st Class Shipping as our standard shipping method from the UK.
We aim to have you orders processed and packaged for shipment within 7 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy times of the year, we cannot guarantee order will be dispatched within 4 working days.
Once you have placed your order we will send a confirmation email. We will email confirmation of shipment within 1 business day, after your order has been dispatched.
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect order once they have been dispatched, so please ensure you check your shipment and billing information is accurately entered at the checkout.
Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by the customer or recipient. All unclaimed and un-delivered packages that are returned to us will be shipped back at the customer’s own expense.
Offend Swimwear is not responsible or liable for lost or stolen packages, which also includes incorrect addresses provided. If your shipping address is not correct, we cannot refund you.
Customs, Import Duty & Taxes:
Please be aware that Offend Swimwear will not be held liable for custom fees, import duties and/or local sales taxes levied by your country. Payment for these fees may be required to release your order from customs on arrival. This also means that we will not be made reliable for the delay in delivery due to customs.
All shipping/ delivery fees stated online, do not include the taxes, custom fees, import duties or local sales taxes in your country. Please be aware of this added charge prior to placing your order with us.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
UK: 1-2 working days from date of dispatch
We endeavour to ensure orders are dispatched in a timely manner, however are unable to guarantee the delivery timings above.

Please note, we do not provide return labels, nor cover any cost incurred when shipping returns. The customer is responsible for any shipping fees for all returns.
Offend Swimwear offer returns in original condition for a full refund provided that:
- Unworn items must be returned within 14 days of delivery date.
- Items come back in original condition.
- Items are unworn, unwashed or used in any way and must have hygiene sticker in place.
- Labels and tags are still attached.
- Products are returned in their original packaging.
- The item was not purchased on sale (including promotional offers). Sale items cannot be refunded unless the item is faulty.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Parcels returned to us remain the customers responsibility until received by Offend Swimwear. We cannot accept responsibility for return orders lost in transit. The refund will not be processed until we have received and evaluated the item.
All returned items will be evaluated prior to issuing the refund. Please allow up to 3 working days for your refund to be processed. This does not include the time it takes for the funds to appear back into your account.
