Shipping

We ship all orders from Sydney, Australia via Australia Post.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Australia: 2–6 business days
  • New Zealand: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to postal delays outside of our control.


Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

However, we understand that finding the perfect fit matters - so we offer exchanges on full-priced items.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Hygiene liners must remain intact
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

To request an exchange, please contact us with your order number and requested size.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.


Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We’ll arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
